DYNAMIK has been operating on the Slovak construction market since 1990. During its18-year existence, the company has completed many projects all over Slovakia.

In 2005 we started building the first phase of the residential complex. Only 15 months later, 40 flats were completed and handed over.

Due to an enormous interest, which we were unable to satisfy during the first phase, we decided to extend the project to a second phase.
The second stage consists of two blocks of flats: BLOCK B and BLOCK C, each block has four separate entrances, in total there is 109 high-standard designed flats.
Apart from the stair case, each block has a fitted lift as well as 80 garage parking places in the ground floor of the apartments.
The apartments on the 1st floor comprise terrace areas of 60m2 and loggias with an area of 8m2 are a part of the bigger apartments on the remaining floors.
Upon purchase of an apartment, you can decide whether you prefer a standard apartment or an apartment finished to a level of shell and core with a possibility of fitting out the apartment by yourself.
